How to not get distracted form your goals Distraction refers to" something that we don't do with the unstoppable way".        Distraction is like the  road from which we go at the right and left in which we achieve our way. Distraction is also like an injection it's sharp point gives pain but in the end, it's a liquid medicine that goes soon in our body and gives us relief. How to control internal distractions? 1. Acquisitiveness to achieve something By getting inspired by someone or something we are getting charged up and by this happiness, and curiosity we prepare our goals but when we do not succeed we feel panic. 2.
