How to not get distracted form your goals

Distraction refers to" something that we
don't do with the unstoppable way".
       Distraction is like the road from which we go at the right and left in which we achieve our way. Distraction is also like an
injection it's sharp point gives pain but in the end, it's a liquid medicine that goes soon in our body and gives us relief.


How to control internal distractions?

1. Acquisitiveness to achieve something

By getting inspired by someone or something we are getting charged up and by this happiness, and curiosity we prepare our goals but when we do not succeed we feel panic.

2. Not clear observation

When someone started up to doing something to complete our task but he is failing in that task and he motivated for not
completely successful in that task because he does not clearly observe that, he achieved 1/4 part rather than a complete success.



 Here are some tips to stop yourself from getting distracted

1. Motivation

For doing any task inspired to do whatever
Your task. Inspired by the books, from the achievers who really achieve that tasks or
any other source.

2. Create Action

Convert your energy which inspired your
mind and fully charged up into the task create an action which you totally planned out.

3. Give command to your mind

If you planned out to do exercise 30 days but you follow only 6days and saying in mind that at least you go for 6 days  before 6 days you are not anywhere and not do anything but now you get the achievements of six days. so motivated your mind as you can.

4. Give Reward

If you planned to do exercise 30 days and do only 6days then give a reward to yourself of 6 days, for achieving some part of your plan out the task. Celebrated with your friend, brother, sister and someone else. Reward anything like ice cream, pastry or juice.


5. Build yourself Achiever

After rewarding and motivation you feel satisfied and this satisfaction puts you in the right direction he says you to achieve something big step and by increasing step by step, you build yourself a great achiever.


     
   
"Stop criticizing yourself for your failures
Start appreciating yourself for your achievement ".
