Do I know who I am?

Do you really know who we are? We talk about all the topics which things in front of us but we can't see the mirror and ask ourselves that who I am?


Is l am this body?

This body is a physical outer shell of our existence. It had 5senses skin, nose, eyes, ears, eyes, tongue two kidneys, one heart, lungs, and different systems. This physical part eats, breathes, moves, reproduce. This body is a physical part that is controlled by a subtle part - the mind.


Is l am this mind?

We have a mind that has the power of recall, remember, think, and choose. From our birth and up to now we have a lot of memory which saves in our computer mind from which we can't delete anything but sometimes such memory deleted itself. Our mind awakens when we sleep, and dreams come in mind so the mind is not us because the memory of mind is deleted but then also we stay so we are not a mind.

Is l am this soul?

Our soul is a spiritual, immortal part of a human being that is subtle and non- material It can't be touch or felt. It is the energy that gives life to the human body. The soul is confused with the mind, which is the other subtle part of a human being. There is no empirical evidence of the existence of the soul but through inference, we realize that every human being has a soul. Very often, souls are labeled as "good" souls or bad souls in reality souls cannot be good or bad only a body-mind appears good and bad on the basis of actions and behavior when a soul gives life to it. The soul is pure energy. If one reflects upon the soul, it is invisible but all-powerful. It exists, but it can't be touched or felt. 

There is no evidence of where it comes from or goes. The soul leaves the human body at death and merges with the universal consciousness, just like air when released from a balloon merges with the atmosphere.

For those who need further explanation, scientists explained that wave-particle duality is a discovery that goes back to the scientific equation E =mc2. Long ago, Einstein had proved through this equation and scientific law that energy can neither be created nor destroyed it can only be transformed one form to another. The wave - particle Duality was nothing but a transformation of matter to energy waves that carry sound and have no physical form.Ouantum physics today believes that "particle" and "wave" can no longer exists as different entities and they seem to exchange their properties from one to another.


Scientist discovery justify that we human beings that appear to be a solid mass of matter and no matter in reality We are trillions and trillions of energy particles that we put together appear to be the atoms, molecules and the cells, which we are finally made up of.

Today science and spirituality seem to have complete synergy in their  beliefs that "we are energy."
